Dying to the Old World – Pluto Retrograde 2018

“I can’t believe you people. I come for you, and you want to stay, I let you stay and you want to go!” – Death, from “Meet Joe Black”

Death…and Taxes. Sometimes paying taxes feels like a dying…like some precious life blood was being taken from you by force, or at least without your enthusiastic cooperation.

The 21 grams. The anomaly of how much lighter a human corpse is after the us that is “us” has vacated, and gone…where?

Ever wonder why it is that most people don’t have a single memory of where they were before their birth? Stranger still, how many can remember their last death, their last life prior to that death, or what came after. Can you remember, or know anyone who can? And, if you did, how can you tell if what it is you’re remembering is true, accurate, infallible?

I read a book a long time ago entitled “What Dreams May Come” by Richard Matheson. Yes, it was made into to film later, starring Robin Williams, but that came 20 years after I read it. In the Introduction, Matheson wrote this: “To the Reader…

The Art of Relaxing

by Isaac George
Dec.12th, 2017

During the run up to a major holiday season, we may find ourselves taking on extra burdens and responsibilities. We may still be very busy with our work, or perhaps raising a family and so forth, but suddenly there are even more tasks and lists to deal with! You may notice that this cycle is repeated each and every year, but you might find less and less patience with it, or you’d like to find some way to just relax, and stop running yourself ragged.

The holidays can also be a social pressure-cooker, one in which old hurts or losses may arise. When these are added in its hard to find much to celebrate or be thankful for. Perhaps you need to refresh your spirit, and learn a different way for yourself?

Relaxation is an art. We’ve forgotten much of this art, mostly because of our modern society and the influx and intrusion of so much technology into our daily lives. Electrostress is a real culprit in robbing our bodies of vitality and aliveness, while also feeling relaxed and centered at the same time. The background EMF fields or our smartphones put us into a flight or fight response we may not be aware of. But our bodies sure are reacting!

Our “work ethic” is also another stress point. We are expected to perform, to be productive, or somehow we’re we feel we’re not contributing or being effective enough. This is unheard of in indigenous cultures. The idea of “work” isn’t even a word in some of these cultures.

Feeling really connected to yourself, and to anything you could deem greater han your chatterbox mind, is the only remedy for so much of what ails us. Discovering our divinity, or the Divine within, and getting in touch with our souls and bodies, is a habit that needs to be started, cultivated and maintained as the starting point for each day. Your immune system depends on it, for if we maintain the tension, our immunity can’t protect us from even the common cold.

I’ve specialized in many energy modalities, guided meditations, intuitive spiritual guidance and more since 1997, and the one thing I know that is at the core of whole health is the art of relaxing. Sometimes what is needed is for me to assist someone to discover the source of their anxiety and then listen deeply so he or she can unburden’s themselves of some old grief, or grievance. Another person may simply need help with how to make a conscious and loving decision for themselves around some important life matter. In another instance some personal or professional crisis propels someone to want to know how to access something greater than themselves, in order to discover their core purpose and deeper meaning and peace in their life…to find Spirit.

My role is to guide my clients into whatever is most needed for them, so that they discover their own answers and their own rhythms. This is a work in progress, or journey of self-discovery…not a one-off reading or predictive art. Whatever it is that my clients are confronted with, my primary role is to create a secure and powerful space in which they can rediscover the art of relaxation…to cultivate the sanctuary within. Once that’s established, the real work can progress organically.

If any of this resonates with you, and you desire to move from the place in life you currently find yourself into a more peaceful, creative, satisfying and fulfilling experience, then just contact me by clicking here and set up a free call to explore your needs and deepest dreams.

I only have a few spaces available for my Spiritual Mentoring program starting in January, so I recommend booking your appointment now. After our chat, you’ll receive some valuable steps and tools to help you de-stress, ground and center so you can better enjoy the holidays.

With love, and blessings for the Solstice and however you celebrate the season,

Love in the Balance – Mars Retrograde in Libra

Love in the Balance - Mars Retrograde in Libra
Love in the Balance – Mars Retrograde in Libra

by Isaac George

Mars in Libra Retrograde begins this coming Saturday, March 1st at 4:23pm GMT. The planet of action and masculine sexuality isn’t exactly comfortable in the sign of Libra, which is not only ruled by Venus, but is the sign of relating to others with an eye to keeping the peace through balance and compromise. Mars rules Libra’s opposite, Aries, which is identified with independent action, and a very strong survival instinct. Taking action is Mars’ forte, and he lives in the battlefield, relying on his wits and warrior skills. “It’s me or the other guy”, and Mars means to be the last man or woman standing.

Venus is more inclined towards comfortable surroundings and love, and does not like conflict or confrontation at all. Libra prefers to live through, and for, the mystical ‘Other’.  Since Libra is Cardinal Air, this mystical ‘Other’ embodies the spiritual longing for union with the Divine. Idealized forms of human longing for this mystical merging can also be transferred onto so many different icons – the perfect soul mate, or ‘twin soul/twin flame’ phenomena that have gained so much momentum over the past two or three decades is one example.  Cheap and trashy romance novels are another style.  I’m not trying to discount these themes, for the idealization of romantic and courtly love that first found its expression in the Middle Ages was a rebellion against the strict sexual apartheid of the Catholic Church. These images and feelings permeated human consciousness at that time, and I strongly feel it helped fire up enough energy to help bring in the Renaissance. Unfortunately so much of that pristine and playful energy has been watered down and sterilized into syrupy greeting cards and insipid little cupids.

In archetypal awareness, this upcoming dance between Mars and Venus (Aries and Libra) is set up in the classic Jungian psychology of the Anima (inner Feminine) and Animus (inner masculine), along with their shadow aspects.  With Mars in Libra, this dialogue is often an internal one…shifting between one polarity and another…and hoping that the actions taken enhance the position and security of ‘the Other’.  If so, then one’s own survival and status is also guaranteed.  In the extreme, this polarity can result in what is now commonly known in relationship counselling as “co-dependent relationships.”

I’ve done an extraordinary amount of detective work on the astrological import of Mars and Venus in client’s charts over the years. Some of my deepest learnings around Mars in Libra have come from other astrologers, most notably Mr Jeffrey Wolfe Green.  Mr Green’s seminal books on Pluto and the evolutionary journey of the Soul delve into the psycho-spiritual and sexual dynamics of Pluto, and in his second book, “Pluto: The Evolutionary Journey of the Soul Through Relationships” he sheds a bright light on the personal and transpersonal inner space relationships between powerful Pluto, Venus and Mars.

Before I describe my take on this Mars-Libra retrograde, I need to describe some of the salient points about Mars in Libra.  First and foremost, it has the desire to actualize (make real) evolutionary leaps in consciousness through the initiation of relating with many diverse types of individuals with different beliefs, values and perspectives. It is through this activity that Mars-Libra can expand its Consciousness through experiencing different ‘realities’ as it were.  Mars in Libra is also concerned with issues of sexuality and its karma (though I prefer to use the word consequences). Mars in Libra possesses an instinctual capacity to free the sexual energy in others that is ‘locked up’.  It is primarily through the act of giving to ‘the Other’ that Mars in Libra receives the experience and information that it needs to evolve the entire balance between masculine and feminine, Animus and Anima.

With Mars in Libra retrograde, this will be a period of retrospection about, you guessed it, relationships.  I know I banged on about this in the last blog on Black Moon Lilith, but since Mars entered Libra on December 7th 2013, and will not leave that sign until July 26th of this year, this will be one of 2014’s most significant activators.

However, we won’t all be sitting around on meditation cushions and contemplating our inner masculine and feminine during this time.  Mars is Mr Action after all, and will not settle for all of this introspective stuff. Chafing at the bit, there may be a strong desire to break loose, get wild, take risks, and dive deeply into whatever brings us into intimacy and closeness.  Oh yes, confusion will reign, and there may be some quite severe back and forth stuff between the genders within us and without.  Heavy negotiations, secret trysts, and even relationship triangulation may be in the offing.  Libra will be the referee, seeking to bring the misunderstandings and projections into conscious awareness.  Mars will be like the racehorse in the gate…and he is unlikely to stay patient and compliant for very long. The retrograde phase ends mercifully on May 20th, signalling a wild breakout of energy to initiate and break though whatever was being reviewed and considered during the previous 11 weeks.

What does all this mean for your seemingly mundane affairs, like profession and career?  Well, if you have a plan, then come up with a backup plan…just in case.  Starting new projects after Mercury Retrograde will definitely be easier, but the Mars in Libra retrograde will ask us to be prepared to adjust, renegotiate agreements and plans, and seek to create win-win situations with others.  Since it is Libra and Venus we’re talking about here, then leading with love is going to work a lot better than trying to charge through obstacles like a bulldozer.  This simply won’t work.

Mars in Libra demands a certain amount of liberation and freedom to relate to many people and situations fluidly, and doesn’t like being restricted very much. Liberation looks very attractive to some people, but does scare the bejesus out of most folks. Liberation requires self-responsibility, and after all the back and forth of this retrograde, a whole new set of agreements and arrangements may result in more freedom and flexibility for a whole lot of folks. And, in the absence of a consensus on how to proceed, then from an evolutionary perspective, it may be better to gracefully end certain relationships that are no longer providing the growth or stimulation desired.

However strange this period will be to the Mars archetype, it will only be through negotiation and seeking to understand the other’s point of view that real evolution will occur. In other words, I feel that the spiritual function of Mars in Libra transit will be to heal our ghosts and projections from past relationship wounds, and thereby develop the needed compassion to see and understand this process in ‘the Other’, and reach out in support rather than staying in isolation.

There is a tendency to focus entirely on Mars in Libra here, retrograde or not. However, it is very important to recognize and embrace the polarity point – Aries.  Uranus is currently transiting in Aries, and it would be very remiss of me to not tip my hat to the planet that is so prominent in my own personal blueprint.  Uranus is all about freedom and the collective evolution of Consciousness (it rules Aquarius).  As such, it also is the source of ‘kundalini’ – the Life Force principle in its primordial state.  The archetype that Uranus represents is CHANGE…and it does this in very surprising, sudden, and sometimes shocking ways.  Predicting Uranus episodes is like predicting an earthquake – good luck with that. When Uranus entered Aries, a Cardinal Fire-power sign and The Warrior, it did so in drastic fashion on March 11th, 2011, when the sea floor rocked, and a massive tsunami hit north-eastern Japan. The result we still live with globally is known as Fukushima and the nuclear reactors in meltdown there.  Uranus = Uranium.  With Uranus in Aries, and Mars in Libra, we can renegotiate and we can forge new agreements and alliances with others, but we cannot ignore the polarity point, and accept compromise for the sake of peace and harmony alone.  Integrity will demand that we keep the balance that Libra so ardently desires, between Self and Other, Yang and Yin, you…and me.  We must learn to merge without fear for the survival of ‘self’, and also remember how to unmerge and claim our individuated Awareness as well.  This is the Libra-Aries motif par excellence’.  There’s you, there’s me, and then there is the Entity of our Relationship – Us.

For those of you who are a bit savvy with your own charts, the retrograde period begins at 27 degrees, 13 minutes of Libra on March 1st, and will station direct on May 20th at 9 degrees, 1 minute of Libra. If you have any planets or your angles (Ascendent, Descendent, etc.) or the Nodes of the Moon in aspect to or between any of those degrees, then you will be in the glare of the flashbulb during this phase.

There are other players involved during the Mars Retro, and the ones most active are Saturn in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer, Pluto in Capricorn and of course, Uranus in Aries.  That exact station of Mars Retrograde in Libra also has an added punch due to the presence of Black Moon Lilith, the asteroid Goddess Vesta, and the Nodal Axis, which moved into Libra-Aries just about a week ago. For more on my previous blog post in this regard, click here to read “The Secret Ingredient.”

One last note of caution here is one that may be most personal for you, depending on your chart and the relationships it forms with the Mars in Libra transit. The overarching effect of this transit will also be experienced on a collective level in quite a major way in mid-April, when Mars Retrograde in Libra will form an intense Cardinal Grand Cross with Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto, who is also retrograde.  This has the potential to be a game-changer, and with Uranus in Aries (10 degrees + at the moment) it could be rather explosive. I will be putting together two blogs on this event during March…one as an overview, and one that is quite a bit more in depth.

Thanks for reading, and now get on down and do the Cosmic Boogie.

What are Retrograding Planets? – During any transit of a retrograde planet, whatever the archetype or energy that planet represents will be somewhat reversed or subdued.  It will turn its normal activity inward towards reflection and review.  This phenomenon is merely observational, due to the perspective we have of our solar system in relationship to the Earth’s wobble on its axis. It ‘appears’ a planet is stopping and then moving backwards. That just doesn’t happen though astronomically or physically though.

“Secrets of The Passion”

Christ_Consciousness__46661_zoomBy Isaac George
March 29th, 2013

This Easter weekend is a very interesting time for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the unusual planetary alignments that are taking place. It has been less than a fortnight since a tiny island nation [Cyprus] was turned into a nation of serfs, a new Pope was installed in Rome, and Obama made his first visited Israel as President of the United States.  April Fool’s Day looms very significantly just over the horizon.  Perhaps there is a message in that too.  No matter what is in the headlines, they are sure to obscure the underlying truths of our times.

The main event, astrologically speaking, remains in the realm of the unpredictable – Uranus in Aries. Joined this week by the Sun, Venus and Mars, the pot is being well-stirred.  There are many major and minor points I could pursue in this realm alone, but that is not the intent of this Easter message.

Many years ago, during my second spiritual activation in my early 20’s, I was an avid student of the Edgar Cayce materials.  Cayce did over 5,000 Life Readings over the course of three decades, and the story and teachings of Jesus was at the core of his work. While in trance, one of the oft repeated themes was “…only in Christ do all extremes meet.”  I spent two years in Virginia Beach, VA., investigating the massive catalogue of channeled material that Cayce left for posterity, while at the same time I also immersed myself in other mystical traditions, such as the Rosicrucians, the Kabbalah, Tibetan Buddhism and esoteric Christianity.

One of the most controversial set of discourses Cayce did was centered on The Book of Revelation by St. John the Beloved. This last book of the contemporary Christian Bible has always troubled theologians and novices, because of its wild and sometimes incomprehensible imagery, and the predictions of a final apocalypse between good and evil.

In a medical reading for a patient, a doctor asked for more information about how to treat the patient’s troublesome thyroid condition. Cayce recommended he study Revelations, if he were to gain a full understanding of the human energy system and the endocrine glands of the human body. The doctor was intrigued, and over a period of months the doctor got what he wanted and much more. The Book of Revelation was a diary of St. John’s transfiguration into Christ Consciousness, not a predictive warning about the End of the World.  Every symbol and verse described the process of purification and illumination of John’s physical, mental, and spiritual identities.  Since the publication of this analysis by Cayce, some within the Association of Research and Enlightenment (the foundation formed to continue studying the Cayce materials) have thought that Revelations had a personal and planetary relevance, based on the law of correspondence;  ‘as above, so below’.

The Book of Revelation is happening on global and personal scale at this time, and this process of purification and illumination is gathering speed and intensity.  It is not happening in the way that Christian Fundamentalists have interpreted the verses, in a literal manner without any acknowledgment of allegorical or symbolic meaning.  It is happening through an infusion of Consciousness via galactic and solar energies.  This heralds a direct awakening of Spirit in matter, activating the shadow for purification, and instilling the Christ Consciousness directly into the very subatomic structures of our bodies, Mother Earth and the Cosmos.  Light and sound, originating from the Heart of the Cosmos, is igniting the kundalini fire.

The third square between Pluto and Uranus will arrive on May 20th, exactly two months after the Spring Equinox.  Pluto will be retrograde and Uranus direct – the world’s powers will be weakened, while the power of the individual will be exalted.  As more and more individuals resurrect the Divine Codes of Creation within their bodies, then the individuation of The Sacred Heart of Life in the form organic Light will activate all.  This will not necessarily be a consistently blissful experience, and like the crucifixion-resurrection process described in the Gospels, it could be a Dark Night of the Soul passage before the dawn arrives.

Which brings me to the Secret of The Passion.

One of the tenets of orthodox and fundamentalist Christians is that Jesus’ crucifixion was to cleanse sin from all humanity. Part of this is supported by passages from the Old Testament, which over the centuries was expanded upon by the Catholic interpretations and dogma.  The overwhelming precedent of this doctrine had to do with the nature of the Crucifixion and Resurrection, and that through this ordeal, the Christ Spirit actually took on the sins of the world during the Good Friday Passion, and then redeemed it through the Resurrection on the morning of the third day (Sunday).  I won’t go into all the biblical references here, and encourage the reader to research it, if desired.

As interesting as the interpretation of the Book of Revelations was through the Superconscious perspective of Edgar Cayce, the metaphysical description of the reasons and process of the Crucifixion and Resurrection far surpassed it.  From many disparate readings there emerges a pattern of information that describes the symbolic, physical and metaphysical reasons for Jesus’ choosing of this way of At-one-ment. Indeed, He must have chosen it, as there were plenty of chances to leave Jerusalem and escape to some remote part of Judea.

Ever since the time of the ‘Fall’, which was a condition of unconsciousness and forgetfulness that was induced upon humanity by an extra-terrestrial influence that occurred over a lengthy time frame beginning 256,000 years ago and leading up to and including the ancient civilizations of Sumeria and Egypt, human beings have experienced an acute sense of separateness from the spiritual dimensions and the greater Cosmos.  Somewhere along the way , the human genetic code was altered and manipulated…fear and death entered into the collective and individual experience.  Modern genetics used to call the 97% of our inactive DNA ‘junk’. Now they just call it dormant…and no one knows why it is in such a state. But, I digress…

Many of the archetypes in our history relate to stories of fallen beings, such as Lucifer and Satan, along with references to snakes and reptilian humanoids. Some may stem directly from our racial memories of reptoid geneticists that influenced the earliest human beings.  Perhaps the Sumerian tablets aren’t allegorical at all. In the past two years, I’ve correlated enough information from my own intuition and other sources, such as the shamanic traditions of indigenous cultures, that these ‘outsiders’ created an alternate reality for humankind that was not part of our original divine design or intent. That we agreed to such an interference is another story altogether, but when laid side-by-side with Cayce’s information that ‘Adam’, the first self-conscious homo sapiens, knew that he would become the man who would embody the Christ Spirit and redeem the planet and humanity at some future point, then a choice to ‘fall’ in order to rise above the conditions of suffering and death so prevalent in the world may have been by design.

Cayce describes the planetary psychic energy of 2,000 odd years ago as at a critical juncture in Earth’s evolution. There was so much accumulated negativity, that unless the living and aware Presence of Love of the Creator interrupted the timeline, then the fate of Earth and all humanity would be catastrophic and swift. The readings strongly indicated that there was no enforced action upon this situation…Spirit never interferes with free will.  Instead, the Readings describe that the intuition and devotion of the early Essenes over a 400-year period prepared the way for the embodiment of the Christ to become a possibility.

The actual crucifixion was described as an alchemical cleansing and reclamation of the planetary geometries and life force.  Blood carries more than nutrients, oxygen and genetic information…it is at core the manifestation in the physical realm of the Soul Forces.  The blood of Jesus, infused with the overlighting consciousness of The Christ (Atman, First Cause, Only Begotten Son), alchemically cleansed the Earth and the lower astral planes surrounding it of all misqualified thoughts and emotions. This process would not prevent future mistakes or negativity, but the intercession supposedly did halt the entropy that was already underway.  At the same time, as the spiritually-infused blood entered into the subatomic fabric of Earth, a spiritual quickening similar to the conception of a child occurred, ensuring that the Earth would survive the times we are in now. This has been a 2,000-year long pregnancy, and it is close to being full term now.

In the Cayce material, The Resurrection was described as both etheric and physical. The real body of the man Jesus was also quickened to a rate of vibration as to become non-corporeal…no longer visible in the visual electromagnetic spectrum.   On Easter morning, this conversion of matter from one state of energy into another was still on-going, as Jesus cautioned Magdalene, “…touch me not, for I have not yet ascended unto My Father.”  The mingling of two different rates of vibration may have altered the transfiguration process, necessitating Jesus to instruct Magdalene in this way.

The Jesus that appeared then to different groups of the disciples and to other individuals seemed to be sometimes very solid and physical, like when the Apostle Thomas could actually place his fingers into the holes in Jesus’ hands left from the nails, while at other times he seemed almost a phantom…appearing and disappearing with ease.

There are many other interesting threads of information, some possibly real and others merely allegorical, that describes in detail many subtle nuances of the drama that unfolded two millennia ago in little Palestine.  Whenever I read that Jesus was just another prophet or teacher, or that he probably never existed and is merely a composite of other, earlier myths and allegorical tales, then I come back to one salient point.  Why would anyone ever risk so much, including torture and violent death, to preach about something that never happened?  And yet, those persons who were definitely historically real and deemed to be closest to the Master did exactly that.  Whether the evidence is circumstantial can be debated forever.

My direct experience in this lifetime, ever since I was very young, is that the person of Jesus is, and was, as real as myself, and that he may have been the first human being to overcome the falsehood of physical death looms large for me.  One of the major components of ‘The Template’ ceremonies that I’ve participated in is that death was introduced via the manipulation of DNA, as was the condition of fear. Would we approach life in a physical experience differently if we knew in our heart of hearts that we were immortal?  Could we imagine what would be possible on this planet once the veil of denial about ourselves and our origins were completely known?  “These works shall ye do, and greater” is the reminder.  When the original Divine Blueprint is restored, and all DNA reactivated, this is the resurrection into our Original Innocence. Then, all things do become possible.

From the Cayce Readings: “I and my Father are one. Then they took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, many good works have I shown you from my Father; for which of these do you stone me? They answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God. Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law: I said ‘you are gods?” – John 10:30-34, Jesus quoting Psalm 82:6 to defend his teaching that God dwells within all human beings.  In essence, Cayce described the Christ Soul as the impelling force and core of truth behind all religions that teach that “God is One.”  Fortunately, religion is already obsolete, and will crumble in the light of direct realization of our being the ‘sons and daughters of The One.’

Also from the Readings: “…Jesus ‘became the first of those that overcame death in the body, enabling Him to so illuminate, to so revivify that body as to take it up again, even when those fluids of the body had been drained away by the nail holes in His hands and by the spear piercing His side.” [I’ve attempted to locate the reference number of the Reading that this comes from, but without success. It is reprinted in Jeffrey First’s book “Edgar Cayce’s Story of Jesus]

As the revelations in the field of quantum physics unfolds, and begins to substantiate the holographic nature of what we loosely call ‘reality’ we will be even more confronted by what we will see…our identity as a fractal of the Christ Consciousness, living in an individuated state within a physical embodiment and in an apparently physical Universe. We will also be able to access states of awareness and experiences far beyond anything we would have allowed ourselves to envision even 10 years ago. This will possible only if we rediscover the Christ in us, that courageous heart in which all extremes meet.

If we are to represent the Second Coming, then we must abandon hope of it. That is to say, we choose the silent power of the Heart in order to dissolve the version of the world as we have been told it is, instead of ‘hoping’ for becoming something better in the future.  Christ Consciousness  is not meek, but vital…courageous and compassionate, stillness and action…peaceful and passionate…gentle, yet fierce.  Fierce love, unafraid and deliberate. We only limit ourselves, or give permission to others to limit us.

The Easter archetype is one of rising up, from what seems to be sorrow and death, but enters into Light and Joy. The Secret of The Passion, is that we are life without boundaries, without limits. To live this passionately is not the way of the world.  If we follow in the footsteps of the Christ within, the world will not praise us or support us, because it does not understand that the only law worth obeying is in the core of our Divine Heart. That is why the world has destroyed the previous messengers and perverted the messages.  It does so out of fear…fear of discovery, and fear of losing its control over the Earth.  In the day between the crucifixion and the Resurrection, Christ blazed a trail of Light through the realms of Death, beginning the process of planetary ascension/resurrection.  This is why it is inevitable that the old world must fade, in order for the new to appear.  New wine will burst old skins, and we are all shedding our skins these days.

As a final note, I want to share something that a good astrologer and friend, Dale O’Brien, recently sent out in his newsletter. Here’s the first paragraph, about a Mayan Elder, Don Alejandro, and a prediction he made in 1999 about this coming Easter Sunday.

“… prominent Mayan Elder Don Alejandro (“Wandering Wolf”) predicted that on March 31st of 2013 the Sun would be hidden for 60 to 70 hours. After this brief time of darkness, he said that we then enter the “period of the Fifth Sun.” “Wandering Wolf” relayed this message not to frighten nor to threaten, but to help us to understand perhaps the most significant part of our transition of consciousness into the New Era. Mayan elder Henbits Men repeated the same story and timeframe.  Some non-Mayans have repeated the same message. Variations of the time of darkness vary from as little as three hours to as much as three days (72 hours). I could find no recent updates or retractions on this subject. Relevant or not, March 31st of this year is also Easter Sunday. Some who have returned from a recent spiritual pilgrimage to Mayan sacred sites speak instead of March 21st 2013 as the time when “things related to the new era consciousness really start actively, actually happening.”

More about this topic can be found here:

Read the original Dale O’Brien Newsletter:
Temporary Darkness and Visible Shift?”.

Whether anything this dramatic occurs remains to be seen. However, it is always a good idea to follow the sage advice to ‘be prepared for anything’.

In closing, I extend to you all the blessings of love, empowerment and sovereignty from my heart to yours.  May we all listen in the silence of our own hearts for the still, small voice of the Core of Creation, inspiring us to throw off all the chains and to be and do whatever it is we are gifted to share in assisting with the transfiguration and resurrection of ourselves, our fellow human beings, and the Earth. The darkness of the birthing canal is ending…and the Light is ready to welcome us into home.

Peace, be with you,

Promethean Uprising: The 7th Ceremony, Astrological Parallels and the World Ethos

Heinrich_fueger_1817_prometheus_brings_fire_to_mankindby Isaac George

December 12th, 2012

When I heard from the folks at The Template headquarters in London about the newest Ceremony, number 7, and that it may be called Kundalini, I was quite excited. On top of that, since Juliet and Jiva had the 7th come through during the transit of Venus across the face of the Sun on June 5th, I knew that this was somehow tied into the first Pluto-Uranus exact square that was taking place later that month – June 24th to be precise.  I’ve always felt the Uranian factor in my personal life, since I have Uranus conjoined my natal Sun, but the information that the 7th Ceremony was themed around Kundalini was also personally significant. My own kundalini awakening was triggered by a transit of Uranus in 1994.

During a conversation with Jennifer at the London headquarters in late September, we got onto the subject of the 7th Ceremony, and eventually she suggested that I write an article about kundalini and the Uranian effect in these times. The suggestion was almost forgotten until this past weekend, and spurred on by the upcoming synchronicities of 12-12-12 and the Winter Solstice, here are the fruits of the labour.

In my beginnings as a practicing astrologer, the one thing that always made the profoundest of impressions on me was the effect and influence of transiting planets. Early on I was shown how the ‘transits’ exerted power within personal charts and collective movements. When a planet is transiting, it is describing the current celestial movements on our Solar system compared to the stationary snapshot of an individual’s birth chart. This can also be applied to the birth chart of a nation or a civilization. The astrologer Robert Hand described transits as the outer manifestation of conditions within the psyche of the individual. This was a radical stance, even for an astrologer, for it implied that the experience of a transit was also complicit in creating the conditions whereby the planet or planets in question were doing exactly what was need in the moment to effect a conscious response to something that was previously unconscious.

I was shown during a reading I had for relocation astrology how transits could describe my past journey up to the present moment. The astrologer asked me for a chronological diary of major life events from birth till the present, and was to include childhood memories, both good and bad, such as accidents, major happy events, first time falling in love, death of siblings, or one or both parents, near-death experiences, spiritual awakenings, moving, etc.  Consequently this astrologer showed me the particular transits involved in evoking the outer experiences, and it was stunning to see the accuracy and power of this for myself.

In May of 2001, while having lunch with one of my astrology teachers, the subject of the upcoming opposition of Saturn and Pluto came up. The first point of exact opposition would be in mid-August. My teacher stated unequivocally (and I have it recorded on tape) that President George W. Bush would either start a war(s) or would be forced into starting one or more conflicts. Saturn in Gemini represented ‘us’, or Western civilization – the powers that apparently were controlling the world, while Pluto in Sagittarius represented fanatical and fundamental beliefs, like Islamic or Christian fundamentalism.  When Sept.11th happened, we also saw the glyph for Gemini take on the ominous symbol of the Twin Towers themselves.  It also represented the intransigence of Bush’s challenge…either your with us or against us.

9/11 happened within three and half weeks of the first exact opposition. The tug of war had commenced.

In 2007 I became aware of the significance of two powerful outer planet transits that would affect me personally.  I also had a growing awareness that the rest of the astrological grapevine was also taking notice – and sounding warnings. Many times in the past the middle of the road astrologers have gotten it wrong, and so many were cautious in offering up any serious concerns.  When Neptune entered Aquarius in the previous decade, the prognosis was that there would be a fantastic uprising of egalitarian consciousness that would sweep in a new order that aligned with New Age principles. What we got instead was more spin in the media and more manipulation of the New Age and New Spirituality by clandestine intelligence agencies. Co-opting the opposition through psychological displacement was evident everywhere. The media led drive towards ever more consumerist philosophy as spiritual promise also gained strength. The experts within astrology were blindsided by Neptune’s foggy notions of Nirvana.

The two major characters involved in the pre and post 2012 epoch are Uranus and Pluto. Pluto left Sagittarius and entered Capricorn in November 2008. It had previously dipped into Capricorn in mid-2007, so the stage had already been set for the housing and credit bubbles to pop before it went into Capricorn for good…and it will stay there until 2024. Pluto is about power and transformation and Capricorn rules structures, especially existing structures of politics, economics and finance. Combined, these two archetypes gave birth to retrenchment of the power elite behind the gift of austerity for the rest of us. “How can we get along on fewer resources” is the message of Pluto in Capricorn. However, as we have seen, it does not apply to the 1%.

Uranus would be leaving Pisces, a water sign, and enter Aries, a fire sign, on March 11th, 2011. I am when I ask many people what happened on March 11th, 2011, and no one seems to remember it!  However, when you mention Boxing Day 2004, everyone remembers the Indonesian earthquake and devastating tsunami that came afterwards.  Uranus had just reached the 3rd degree in its transit through Pisces in Dec. 2004. When any planet reaches the 3rd plus degree of the sign it is moving through, it can be said to establish the theme of the other 27 degrees. In this case, upheaval and change through sudden ingresses of water. The next seven years would be the rise of the super storms, the super hurricanes, and the massive flooding in parts of Europe, Asia and the Americas.  So, can you remember what happened on March 11th, 2011?

Japan Earthquake Mar 11 20111The 9.0 earthquake stuck off the coast of Sendai, Honshu, Japan at 2:46pm local time (5:46am UTC). Uranus was at 29 degrees and 57 minutes of Pisces. Since the earthquake was shallow (only 20miles deep) and happened so close to the coastline, residents barely had enough warning before the tsunami roared inland.  By the time Uranus entered the sign of Aries at 12:26 JST on March 12th, Fukushima Daichi Nuclear power station was beginning its inexorable slide towards the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl in the Soviet Union.  The fires of nuclear power needed water to cool them, and the pumps all failed in the wake of the tsunami.  Uranium is derived from the word Uranus. Plutonium is derived from the word Pluto. To further illustrate, I’ve enclosed a chart erected for the event of the earthquake (Figure 1). Note the kite-shaped aspects between Saturn, the Moon and Neptune form a Yod, known also as the Finger of God. Pluto squares the opposition between Jupiter and Saturn, and even though it was a wide square by degree, it added to the stresses. (I know that many of you who may read this article do not recognize some of the astrological glyphs…no worries please about the astro-babble!) There’s a larger image of this chart available at the blog on my website, which is here.

To date, Fukushima is still in the news, and still a threat to human and ecological health.

My view in 2007 about the coming Uranus in Aries transit was that it heralded the awakening of the collective kundalini. In esoteric astrology one of Uranus’ attributes is divine fire, represented by the archetypal myth of Prometheus. Prometheus made man stand upright and stole fire from the ‘gods’ and gave it to humankind to stay warm and to use in the building of civilization. For this act, Prometheus was punished for this by Zeus, and the tale is tied up with Pandora and Pandora’s box (curse), and later he is bound by the Olympian Vulcan.

The ‘fire’ of the gods is synomynous with kundalini priniciple, the divine fire that liberates human beings and reunites them with the Universal Source beyond the petty jealousies and machinations of the lower ‘gods’.  Kundalini is part of the Soul Covenant, and resides in dormant at the root chakra until it is stimulated by something dramatic. Kundalini awakenings are a form of shamanic death and rebirth, and usually begin from seemingly mundane or surprising stimuli.  Long labour and childbirth, a car accident, loss of a loved one, or an actual physical injury to the lower spine can all trigger a spontaneous kundalini event. So can an extremely powerful sexual encounter, one which opens the heart and energy field to love and higher realms. Some psychotropic substances, like ayahuasca, can also initiate the kundalini force to begin rising up the spine.

So now we come to the dynamics of these times…Uranus in Aries.

To me, this is the energy behind so much of the upheaval and unrest right now. Just before the ingress of Uranus into Aries, we saw the first sparks of the Arab Spring. Then, in late spring and early summer, the Occupy Wall Street movement erupted. Since both movements are socio-political in makeup, I didn’t expect the first expressions to be anything more than a testing of the waters. The student riots over tuition fees in London during the summer of 2011, and the police rioting in New York against the Occupy Wall Streeters, perfectly exemplified the stance of Pluto in Capricorn. The power of the State versus the power of the individual. Now that Uranus is coming out of a long, five-month retrograde cycle, I expect that the embers will be fanned into flames in the first quarter of 2013.

With the advent of Ceremony 7, there is a practical template to assist in the realization of collective Kundalini awakening. The divine fire that burns away the enchantments and chains of the past, and restores our dynamic tantric,, creative potency to full expression. The Uranian influences are just getting underway, and Uranus itself will end its introspective period tomorrow, within minutes of the New Moon, and will play the perfect foil to the lunar interference. The actual chart for Dec. 21st, 2012 shows Uranus at 4 degrees of Aries, in the 1st house of the calculated chart for GMT (UTC) London. What a perfect placement on the Grand Meridian, as the First House of the Zodiac is by default ruled by Aries/Mars.

Uranus humbles the wise celestial mechanic, and I cannot, nor will not, predict the various events that may arise due to Prometheus breaking the chains of the mortal paradigm.  I do know that things will appear and disappear suddenly, surprisingly, and with fire and lightning. It is best to seek to ground oneself fully with the Earth/Gaia complex, so that the lightning of transformation can be embodied without short-circuiting.  I can only anticipate possible trends with this powerful Titan of archetypes, but there is no certainty in the manifesting of the effects.  Relying on the wisdom of uncertainty may be the best strategy for the waters we are now entering.

“Mirror Games”

Since my last writing I have experienced a number of seminal events. The astrological and solar alignments as they affect me personally have been intense and deep, and continue to open new levels of awareness as each old shell or layer of personality crumbles. Many of the clients I facilitate via astrology and counselling are ever more aware of how they can no longer relate to their reality the way they used to. Even though anxiety levels are up across the board, so are the incidences of spontaneous bliss and sudden insights and understandings. 2012 is living up to all previous musings about it, while at the same time leaving the outcomes hidden and undefined. One thing for sure, whatever happens next will be unpredictable, no matter whose prophecies or predictions you have previously relied upon.

Changes continue to bubble up, some of them gentle, and some not so gentle. I feel like I am on the inside of a pressure cooker, and at some point the lid will be unlatched, and I’ll explode into some new form… of formlessness. Not all of these sensations are accompanied by the deep emotions and letting go that I experienced in the wake of my kundalini awakening between 1994 and 1998. No, this is quite different, and more dynamically keyed towards a more self-actualized state of being. As such, I feel that I am to come out more fully into the world to share the vision I have of Spirit, and not seek for myself in any more inside books, or methodology, or other teachers and healers.

The very function and nature of human relationships is changing for me, and I feel that you may also sense the need to change the perceptions about our reasons for relating to others. I feel that it is still essential to honor the deep presence of Spirit in others, as well as all of Creation, but without the projections we have all been habitually accustomed to. It will become more important to delve deeper into the relating with one’s own Spirit, and the Absoluteness that it represents, and cease using relationships as a substitute for this most primary of all relationships. I remember too many times in which I have betrayed my sovereignty for acknowledgment, security, adoration, comfort, agreement, compromise, acceptance and what I thought was love. The external can and does reflect these experiences back to us, but have we ever questioned what keeps us all looking for ourselves ‘out there’? The common responses are; ‘my ego’, or unresolved childhood issues with one parent or another, or perhaps a past life issue, or the original ‘fall’ and loss of innocence. There are mega-billion dollar industries designed to encourage and support us in the search and acquisition of relationship nirvana, and yet it still eludes us. Have you ever wondered why? Even though the consumer culture has created a narcissistic obsession with the love of things, it has also excelled in reducing the relationship, or rather the search for the ‘perfect’ relationship, to one of the most important acquisitions we can aspire to. This may be the ultimate narcissistic fantasy, the narcotic of self-validation through The Other. As Neo learned in The Matrix, just as there is no spoon, there is no ‘other’.

One of the revelations that came about the other morning over breakfast with my partner Lynn was the role of magnetism in the realm of relationships. This also has to do with a more controversial subject I will be dealing with more in depth soon, which is about the less than benign influence of certain objects affecting the planetary magnetics. However, consider for a moment the primary symbol of romantic love in mostly modern times – Earth’s moon.

Consider the possibility that the magnetic force exerted by the Moon (which NASA discovered to be many times stronger than initially postulated) has created and perpetuated part of the primary tendency of human beings to project their subconscious self-image onto other people. Magnetism is the basis of analogue and digital copying and data storage, from magnetic tape to CD’s and hard disk drives. Magnetics is the basis of memory, so when we talk about why did I have this or that experience repeated, it is because of magnetic memory. So, you can stop beating yourself up now. The solution will not be found by having more willpower, or taking another workshop. The solution is found in reconnection to a higher order of reality. More on that later…

Since the mirror game most consistently happens when we’re ‘non-conscious’ (it is a very lunar-oriented psychological condition) we seldom are in a place of observing it in action. However, the suffering and pain of gaining and losing love in relationship after relationship creates a flicker of awareness, a certain awakening that all is not as real as it was described in the romance novels, films and Hallmark greeting cards. What happened, we wonder, to true love?

The Moon reflects light, but is not the Light. It is a dead orb. It may hold secrets that we have scant knowledge of, knowledge that may be the key to understanding the human condition. Why then have we been so easy to adopt it as a symbol of romantic love? We look for our mirror then fail to see ourselves in it as we really are. We become enraptured with our image of the other person, and lose ourselves in them. The only thing that changes is the degree with which we allow ourselves to slip into the dreamlike trance.

The mirror game is going to become more intense, because as we hear and feel the call to transcend that this energy of passing through the plane of the Galactic Center demands of us, then we will become less and less hypnotized by the old patterns, the old projections and the sense of need that used to drive us to look elsewhere for love. It will also dissolve the obsessive pattern of self-reduction that occurs when we are abused by others and then explain it all away as ‘being our own damn fault’. This is not always the case, and constantly re-identifying demonstrated destructive attitudes and behaviours as ‘our own’ may actually add to the dysfunctional mirror game. This is not love, but self-abuse, which perpetuates the cycle, a cycle that cannot be healed through psychoanalysis.

We are being called upon to rise into a new understanding of Love, a new demonstration of lovingness. This demonstration is based on self-responsibility. Yes, some of the reflecting we receive from others is reflecting the patterns that we call ‘our stuff’. But to identify with it is to become it, and that doesn’t serve anyone, and it certainly can’t be called Love.

Am I against relationship and human intimacy? Absolutely not! If I am against it, then I will be perpetuating suffering. It is important to accept completely where I am, where you are, first. Then the possibility of transcendence through Grace instead of effort and struggle comes forward. The dance of Tantric potencies is at the heart of Creation, and cannot be denied. Denial and repression are part and parcel of why the human condition is a condition in the first place. We’ve learned to control and restrict by virtue of the genetic imprint that we deserve to be controlled and manipulated. That too, is another story for another time, but all you have to do is read a bit about the state of human DNA and it is revealed that we’re are not yet an integral biological species. Some of our software is faulty. other parts of it are offline altogether. It is better to come into the enjoyment of anything as consciously as possible, including relating to another human being. A long time ago it was shared with me via a channeling I did from St. Germain that if you desire to play in the realm of limitation then do it as consciously as possible. Wise words, but not always easy to remember

Ultimately, we are Love. We are the Light. Even in this mutant paradigm, the dance of duality, the pristine emanations of the Divine Matrix are available to be accessed, enjoyed and celebrated. It is to be found in Nature, in the arts, and in the beauty of seeing it in the eyes of another, whether human or animal. It is our right to say, “I belong here, and I create here.” However, there is no reflection that is pure enough to bring this truth to us directly, except from and through a deep desire to discover it from within ourselves and to dwell in it continually. The truth is in our own hearts. We are immortal and infused in Infinite Love, for in it we live and move and have our being. It is this that is the truth of our existence. There are still many layers that appear to keep us from knowing this core truth in ourselves, but it is inevitable that to each one that so desires it, they will realize it.

One of the truer statements that about our awakening to the True Love within us, is from the Apostle Paul in 13 Corinthians (Aramaic translation):

“If I shall speak with every human and Angelic language and have no love in me, I shall be clanging brass or a noise-making cymbal. And if I have prophecy, and I know all mysteries and all knowledge and if I have all faith so that I may remove mountains, and I have no love in me, I would be nothing. And if I should feed everything that I have to the poor, and if I hand over my body to be burned up and I have no love in me, I gain nothing.

Love is patient and sweet; love does not envy; love is not upset neither puffed up. Love does not commit what is shameful, neither does it seek its own; it is not provoked, neither does it entertain evil thoughts, rejoices not in evil, but rejoices in the truth, endures all things, believes all things, hopes all, bears all.

Love never fails; for prophecies shall cease, tongues shall be silenced and knowledge will be nothing; for we know partially and we prophesy partially, but when perfection shall come, then that which is partial shall be nothing. When I was a child, I was speaking as a child, I was led as a child, I was thinking as a child, but when I became a man, I ceased these childish things. Now we see as in a mirror, in an allegory, but then face-to-face. Now I know partially, but then I shall know as I am known. For there are these three things that endure: Faith, Hope and Love, but the greatest of these is Love.”

Peace, Isaac

P. S. This is an interesting poem by someone named Arcana about mirrors:

“I’m in a hall of mirrors
All I see is endless me
Stretching to infinity
These endless me’s I see

Do I see immediate future
Or is it the recent past
Maybe it’s just the present
How long do moments last

The faces I’ve seen before
But are they really me
Or is it just a joke
Played by reality

I see what they are thinking
Or is that only me
Their contemplative stares
Echo to eternity

If I look a little harder
Are they really all the same
Maybe one is different
In their never ending game

They follow my every move
Like ripples on a lake
With split second timing
It’s hard to spot a fake

What is it that I’m seeing
Among these clones of me
Is it me who’s the reflection
And it’s endless me’s they see

August PDL Newsletter post

August 2011

Greetings of peace,

After the events unfolded in Norway a week ago, I have been looking inwardly at my own sense and sensibilities. All through the middle of last week I felt a palpable emotional pressure building in me, and feeling of something working towards a crescendo. This was both a familiar and unfamiliar sensation. I didn’t recognize the familiar bit till Saturday afternoon, the day after the violent and tragic events in Norway occurred, and it was all over media. The unfamiliar part was my attempt to discern what I felt was ‘wrong’ with me in the days before the shootings. I was experiencing exhaustion and lethargy, disorientation, mild depression, crankiness, and a general sense of ‘impendingness’. What was going on with me? I consulted my chart and transits, I looked outwardly at my present circumstances, searching for the location of the fear and discomfort. I had not felt this weird in ages.

When I awoke on Saturday morning, I felt like the balloon had popped, or the weight had lifted. The morning felt easy, open and airy. I didn’t turn on the computer and see the headlines till after breakfast, and then sat there a bit stunned as I took in what had happened. As my heart opened, I remembered how I’d felt all week, and as the day progressed, I also remembered the powerful experiences I had just prior to the event now known as ‘9/11’. I had been on a retreat at the time, and was staying at a place that was ‘off the grid’ on the slopes of Mt.Shasta, California. In the early morning hours on Sunday the 9th and Monday the 10th, I was awakened…I seem to remember 3am. As I lay there wondering why I was awake, I could feel that my cheeks were damp. Apparently I had been crying in my sleep. I got up both mornings, and made my way to the yurt to use the bathroom and try to understand why I’d been crying. When I woke the second morning, Monday, I felt the need for some inspiration and insight. I discovered a small bookcase behind the toilet…bathroom library I suppose, and one book in particular called to me. Its title was “Silence of the Heart- Reflections of the Christ Mind” by Paul Ferrini. As I thumbed through it, reading bits and pieces, I felt a deep comfort replace the unsettledness in my chest and belly. Gradually, uncertainty gave way to peace and tranquillity. I no longer felt any concern of what I was experiencing earlier, or what it might mean.

When the phone rang at 7:30am PST on Tuesday, September 11th, 2001, and my partner Faith was relaying to me the events as described over the phone to her from her friend Kevin in Virginia, I knew then what the tears in Mt.Shasta had meant. I knew what finding the book was for, and I knew that was unfolding was all about. As the shockwaves spread through the collective planetary awareness, I felt impeccably calm and certain. Of what I was certain of was indescribable. It was like I had been shown the truth behind the curtain, and it didn’t frighten or concern me at all. Although great grief and great outrage boiled throughout the American psyche, and although I saw how this was milked and manipulated for all it was worth, I still felt calm and certain. Indescribable, like I said.

Ten years later, the shockwaves only seem to be gathering in intensity. Lots of little 9/11’s happen every day, every week. Every so often a larger shock goes off, like the staccato strike of tympani in an orchestra. The pressure keeps building in the pipeline, and I watch with a mixture of curiosity and incredulity at how friends and strangers deal with it. The shockwaves are not confined to the events of the larger world, but are the world, solar system and galaxy itself. More earthquakes and volcanoes are happening than at any other time in modern record-keeping, and it grows exponentially. There are signs and wonders everywhere in evidence. Miracles and misery, side-by-side, and we keep on going, keep on hoping. However, hoping is a symptom of dissatisfaction with the present moment, and depends on ‘it’ll be better in the future, once everything is fixed just the way I want it to look’, or something like that. Who or what is going to fix it; Ascended Masters, Messiahs and Space people? That’s just more giving of your power away to external authorities. That is a false salvation.

Since my last birthday, at the end of June, I have been going through an initiation of sorts. Some of what got laid aside during the past seven years has come back to me renewed and refreshed. The inner dialogue is reawakening with a new strength and clarity. The astrologer in me wants to credit the transits of Pluto and Uranus, but I feel that attributing it to Spirit is more accurate. Now I feel a new commitment to finding and arriving into my ‘being’ self, rather than playing the seeking game any longer. For almost a week now, during my dreamtime and in the early morning hours when half-awake, I was hearing the voice of the Master Yeshua (the Christ), gently talking. In dreams it was as if I was just one person in a small group sitting around a grove, while He spoke about many things. These ‘conversations’ have formed the basis of the transmission in this Newsletter, “Radical Faith”.

Now we’re only a month and a few days away from the 10 year anniversary of 9/11, and so much has changed. Whatever happens next and no matter where we are on this planet, we will all experience it together. Strength in numbers ya know!

I am beginning the process of letting go of the many philosophies and positions I’ve acquired in the course of 50-odd years, and along with that quite a few books, old paraphernalia and recording of readings, and some real old dead-weight baggage. We gotta travel Light these days! Less will be more, and the last shall be first, etc., etc.

Cultivating beginner’s mind, and embracing an attitude of ‘I don’t know’ is part of my current meditations. Solitude is important as well, and although I am part of a partnership, I have come to see that relationships are a tool for our consciousness to either wake up (and stay awake) or go back to sleep again. It is necessary to take ourselves up to the mountain (or woods, or sea, or closet) and hook up with our mojo. Otherwise, we end up feeling diffused and confused.

This August-September will be very interesting. Watch for the next edition of Pure Divine Love soon…it won’t be long!
